Overview
Amdocs MarketOne is a global B2B platform enabling merchants, resellers, and service providers to connect, collaborate, and manage commercial agreements.
As Lead UI/UX Designer, I contributed to the ongoing evolution of the platform — designing and refining key user journeys that supported partnership creation, product management, and revenue settlement within one unified system.



Problem
The platform served multiple user types, each with different goals and levels of technical understanding.
Complex data structures, layered approval flows, and inconsistent interfaces made navigation difficult and slowed down key business operations such as onboarding, pricing setup, and agreement approvals.
Approach
To address usability and efficiency challenges, I:
Collaborated with product owners and business analysts to translate complex B2B requirements into clear, usable workflows.
Refined UI patterns to ensure visual and functional consistency across merchant and reseller experiences.
