Overview

The TelcoOne Benefit Statement was designed to give customers a clear, engaging, year-in-review summary of the value they received from their plan — from savings and bundled perks to travel usage, entertainment benefits, and security alerts.

Think Spotify Wrapped for telecom, built to improve transparency, retention, and customer sentiment.

Problem

Customers rarely understand the full value of what they’re paying for. Rewards, discounts, streaming bundles, security features, and roaming benefits often go unnoticed.

This leads to:

  • Low perceived plan value

  • Higher churn risk

  • Missed opportunities for upgrades

  • Limited awareness of included services

The business needed a way to surface this hidden value in a format customers would actually care about.
